The Mindset of Real Estate Series: Taking the overwhelm out of real estate starts with laying the foundation for your business….not what works for others, not what all the experts tell you you have to do, but truly getting to the root of what is important to you, knowing why you’re doing it and what your goals are to keep the focus. YOU are the root of your business and you get to decide how you want to do YOUR business. Yes we will have systems that you can consider. Yes, we will offer tips. Yes we will delve into your whys and your goals, including why you do what you do. The difference is we will focus on YOU being in the center of it all. Your business is a reflection of you. What do you want that to look like?
Do you enjoy talking on the phone? Yes, some people do! Would you prefer to be out and about, maybe sitting by a pool working ON and IN your business? Are you a relationship person and want to get to know people? Not everyone is and that’s ok. None of these are wrong and they are not all right for you…you get to decide!
Class 1–Building Your Referral Machine– September 27th, 9am-12pm
Foundation of Your Business
Having an understanding of what is important to you gets you through the bad days, bad clients and reminds you of why you get out of bed every morning.
Your database is the lifeblood and foundation of your business and the one we recommend you focus on first. Build that and all the rest will fall in place as you build YOUR business.
Class 2–Business Systems & Habits– September 27th, 1pm-3pm
Rise to the level of your systems and thinking
If you are not consciously working ON your business regularly, you will have dry times…and no one needs the stress of worrying where or when the next transaction will come from. The goal is to have systems that flow together and ones that YOU will use. Then enforcing those systems with daily and weekly habits and creating YOUR time the way a you want it.
Class 3–Marketing & Video– September 28th, 9am-12pm
Keep the chain going, authentically!
Ever wonder why you don’t do something that you know will enhance your life and business? By being authentically you, you will be able to create a marketing plan that fits who you are and who you want to be. When you focus on the tasks that are important to you (remember this is YOUR business!) and the ones that you want to do, you enhance your confidence and will begin to attract clients that match.
Class 4–Nurturing Relationships & Money Matters– September 28th, 1pm-3pm
Practicum meets mindset
The final class in the series will do a deep dive in nurturing relationships, and will continue on ways to grow and harvest your database. As we know we are in the relationship business, yet we would not be able to do it without making money. Did you know that you don’t have to work with everyone? Keeping a focus on how we think about money or lack thereof, will clear the way to have a business you love.2
